Image Burning
1. RK USB Driver Installation
- Open the Rockchip USB driver compressed package (DriverAssitant_v5.1.1) in the data package.

Note:
Driver path: M5R1 Data > 02-Software Tools > RKTools > windows > DriverAssitant_v5.1.1.zip
- After extracting the compressed package, click driver installation (DriverInstall.exe) in the folder.
2. RK Upgrade Tool Usage
- Standalone upgrade tool (RKDevTool_Release_v2.84)

Note:
Tool path: M5R1 Data > 02-Software Tools > RKTools > windows > RKDevTool_Release_v2.84.zip The upgrade tool is periodically updated.
- Download the image to local PC
The data package contains an image, path: M5R1 Data > 01-System Image > update.img

- Extract the downloaded upgrade tool compressed package RKDevTool_Release_v2.84.zip, double-click RKDevTool.exe to run the upgrade tool. Use a USB cable with both male heads, connect one end to the computer USB port, and the other end to the motherboard OTG-USB port. Hold the Uboot button and connect the 5V power adapter at the same time. After the upgrade tool shows "Found one LQADER device", release the Uboot button.

- In the "Upgrade Firmware" interface, click the "Firmware" button, select the image file update.img downloaded in step 2). Then click Upgrade.

- After successful upgrade, the device will automatically restart after about 10 seconds, and the display will show the system desktop.
